Regular Postage and Handling
Planet Luxe ships throughout Australia via Australia Post and our standard flat rate for shipping of $15 AUD shown on the payment checkout page relates to Australia only.
All orders are dispatched within two business days of receipt of your order. Orders are sent from our head office in Melbourne with Australia Post Regular Parcel Post and usually take between 2-7 days from the date of order depending on your location.
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted). If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be collected at your local post office during opening hours. Planet Luxe cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
Planet Luxe ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on +61 419 308 709 or firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about a special order.

Refund & Replacements
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Please note that due to the natural raw ingredients used to manufacture our products slight variations in aroma, colour, texture and viscosity might occur from batch to batch this will not be considered a fault and will not be considered a reason for return.
Please follow these return instructions:
You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org advising your invoice number, the product to be returned and your reason for return. You will be allocated a Return Authorisation Number that you must record on the outside of the parcel that you are returning to us.
The item you return must be in new, unused, unmarked and saleable condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges to Planet Luxe at 196 TURNER ST PORT MELBOURNE VICTORIA 3207.
We recommend using registered mail as Planet Luxe is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We will pay freight/postage on delivery of the replacement item/s to you. Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss its return and replacement. Please note that due to the natural raw ingredients used to manufacture our products slight variations in aroma, colour, texture and viscosity might occur from batch to batch this will not be considered a flaw and will not be considered a reason for return.
Lost in transit
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving notification of dispatch please contact us at email@example.com or phone 0419 308 709 Monday to Friday between 10am – 4pm (EST.) so we can investigate your delivery.
All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
How secure is my payment ?
When purchasing from Planet Luxe Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayWay. Card data is not hosted by Planet Luxe after processing.
